If you haven’t been to Noodleholics, you need to make your way to East Grant and North Palo Verde Blvd. They make the noodles fresh, and they are the perfect texture, tender, and slightly chewy. My favorite dish is the dry gullian, and I always sub for wheat noodles; they are the best. Everything is extremely flavorful and complimentary; the pickled long beans and toasted peanuts add the perfect texture and taste variation to the dish. This is a great date night or even a casual lunch option.

If you can’t handle the heat or don’t need to clear your sinuses, the wonton soup will not disappoint. All the broths are very rich and savory. The staff is super friendly, and the AC is on a high, so it’s always soup weather at Noodleholics.
Is Noodleholic Just Noodles?
Nope. Noodleholic has other options besides noodles. They have small side dishes and apps as well as rice plates. Everything is reasonably priced, and the main dishes range from $11 to $14 and are large portions. Every time I go to this place, I find a new favorite menu item. I had the iced lemon honey drink last time I went; it is so refreshing that I will be getting one every time. One of my favorite side dishes other than the chaoshou dumplings is the garlic cucumbers it is $4 and goes well with all the main dishes.
